Clothing and case management referral services (contact information only) provided to the homeless and low income persons who are transitioning from homelessness (and "Welfare to Work") and need clothing for job interviews, and information re: various services such as job training, employment, food pantries, Social Security, Medi-Cal, medical/ dental, HIV/ AIDS information and assistance, optical, legal and mental health services. Also referral information provided to youth who desire to obtain their GED certificate or need clothing to wear to job interviews and youth programs/church services.
Beautiful Gate Christian Counseling Services (Acts 3: 1- 16)
Christian counseling provided upon request.
Other than counseling services, must be referred by a social service worker/ provider, case manager, medical provider or church representative for APPOINTMENTS ONLY and must reside in Contra Costa or Alameda County.
